I was introduced to yoga at a pivotal time in my life. Without much purpose and disillusioned by life, I quickly developed a strong and deep spiritual connection to the practice.

With an extensive background in fitness and team sports, I always thought yoga would be easy (and boring). After my first class, while on vacation in Bali, I found out it was more difficult than any discipline I had practiced before. A full body experience! However the true surprise was the sense of peace and joy I found after getting humbled by @teodoyogaguitar

I quickly fell in love with the practice and felt compelled to share its many benefits. After completing my 200hr teacher training with @yogamovesutrecht I immediately started teaching. I’ve continued my education by studying under @realtraviseliot and completing some prana vinyasa modules.

In my classes, I combine dynamic and creative sequences with a spirit of playfulness. Always maintaining the focus on alignment, mindfulness of physical limits, deepness of breath, and calmness of mind. I seek to help others find their own inner wisdom, so they can thrive in their body, mind, and spirit. My intention is to enrich, empower, motivate, and inspire you to evolve, be it in your career, relationships, education, or your yoga journey. As we strengthen, stretch and nourish our whole body with this athletic moving meditation that is power yoga, we dissolve tension and eradicate stress. Bringing us back to wholeness. Instead of being divided, we become united. Hope to see you on the mat soon!
